Presses, Bike and Pull-Ups

Every two minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets) of:
Strict Shoulder Press x 4 reps  

Every two minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets) of:
Push Press x 4 reps

Go as heavy as possible & all sets should be at working weight. No adding weight each set. Warm up to a working set and then begin your 4 sets  

For time:
40/30 Calories of Assault Bike
40 Burpee Pull-Ups
(pull-up bar 6-10″ above standing reach)

RX2= Jumping pull-ups  
RX3= Modified Burpees, no pull-ups  

***Note weights used for each separate set in comments and also any mods to wod
